Used cars are just that, they have had one or more owners and may have collected some character along the way! Here is how we prepare each and every car for sale:
Drivetrain
Each car is sent to our sister company, Prestige Car Service, for a thorough inspection by Mercedes Benz qualified technicians, before the car is available for sale any faults are sorted, whilst any mechanical parts that will not provide a decent useable life are replaced.
Each car is then serviced according to the manufacturers recommendations using genuine or branded parts and consumables.
Exterior
Used cars will always come with some of lives little mishaps, but our professional valet service will prepare each car to the best of their abilities. If we have resprayed a part of a car (to remove deeper scratches or stone chips for example) we will point this out to you during your inspection.
Interior
Again our professional valet service will prepare each car interior using professional products from Autoglym, fabric materials including carpets are thoroughly cleaned and leather upholstery is treated with balms and sympathetic cleaners and to enhance their appearance and longevity. Any damaged trim is replaced or repaired to an exceptionally high standard.
Alloy Wheels
If required a vehicles alloy wheels will be refurbished. Each wheel is thoroughly prepared, any kerbing marks are repaired, and then the wheels are repainted.
